Patrick Rhault leads nursing practice, quality, patient safety, and the delivery of exceptional patient care across the organization. In this role, he works closely with clinical and operational leaders to advance nursing excellence, strengthen patient outcomes, and support a culture of collaboration and compassionate care. Prior to joining Boston Medical Center – Brighton, Rhault served as associate chief nursing officer for ambulatory services at Boston Medical Center. Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership roles across hospital and community health settings, with a focus on clinical operations, workforce development, and quality improvement. Rhault earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Rhode Island College, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Healthcare Administration from Regis College.
