Rachel Rubin, MS, RD, LD, is a registered dietitian and nutritionist at Boston Medical Center – South (BMC South).
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. She completed her dietetic internship, which involved over 12,000 hours of supervised practice in clinical and community settings, at Saint Elizabeth University in Morristown, New Jersey.
Rachel takes a whole-person approach when helping clients reach their health goals. She has worked in bariatrics for over six years and has helped individuals reach their weight management goals for over 14 years. Rachel’s passion lies in assisting clients in having a positive relationship with food and creating a sustainable lifestyle. Her experience includes bariatrics (weight management, GLP-1 medications, weight loss surgery), cardiovascular health, diabetes, kidney disease, disordered eating behaviors, digestive issues, stress management practices, and more.
