Susan Berry Cann is a nurse practitioner in the Endocrinology department at Boston Medical Center Brighton. As a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist she takes care adults across the age span with type 1, type 2, gestational diabetes and diabetes in pregnancy.  She helps people manage their diabetes using a  shared decision making model resulting in a individualized  plan of care. Often this includes using state of the  art insulin pumps and/or glucose sensors.
