About
David J. Goldberg, MD, FACC, is an experienced, board-certified cardiologist who focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care. He brings extensive clinical expertise along with a deep understanding of healthcare systems, quality oversight, and regulatory standards to support optimal patient outcomes.
Dr. Goldberg has held numerous senior leadership roles throughout his career, including Chairman of Medicine and Vice President of the Medical Staff at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, New Hampshire, and Chief Medical Officer at Holy Family Hospital (now Merrimack Valley Health Methuen). He has served on the Executive Committee of the Northern New England Cardiovascular Disease Study Group, and has acted as a consultant to The Joint Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice regarding appropriate use criteria for Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI). He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC).
Dr. Goldberg currently serves as an appointee to the New Hampshire Board of Registration in Medicine and as a delegate to the Federation of State Medical Boards. Outside of clinical care, he is an avid skier and cyclist, and serves as a staff volunteer for the FIFA World Cup Boston site in 2026.
