MyChart: Your New Patient Portal

Your health, one record. Greater connected care coming on November 1.

BMC Health System's Patient Portal, MyChart, Available November 1

Now that BMC Brighton and BMC South are a part of BMC Health System, we are transitioning Revere Connect to MyChart for our patient portal. MyChart helps you receive care over the phone or your computer, including virtual visits and messaging your provider. It also provides you with 24/7 access to all your health information. If you used Revere Connect you'll be able to use MyChart for all the tasks you previously did there, like billing, plus so much more!

You can keep using Revere Connect to manage your health information and pay bills until November 1. After that, all patient portal functions will take place in MyChart. Learn how to register for MyChart below, so you’ll be ready for the transition.

MyChart for BMC Brighton and BMC South patients will launch on November 1.
Use RevereConnect until then, but you can register for MyChart now to start using it when we go live!
