Patient Portal

Revere Connect is a patient portal that brings together your hospital and outpatient practice information in one convenient place. The portal is available 24/7 through a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone. You can use Revere Connect to:

• Schedule appointments and see your appointment history
• Message your provider’s office
• See your health information
• View medications and request refills
• Review lab results and reports
• Manage and pay your medical bills
• Share your records with designated recipients

StewardConnect has been renamed Revere Connect. The portal may be reached by visiting portal.mystewardconnect.org.

If you have already signed up for Revere Connect through one of our specialty outpatient practices, you do not need to sign up again to receive your hospital information in your portal. Simply log in.

If you have never used Revere Connect, you will need to create a new portal account. (The mobile app cannot be used to enroll.)

Once enrolled, you can use the Revere Connect app for smartphones and devices. Search for “Revere Connect” in the Google Play store for Android devices or in the Apple App Store.

Now that BMC Brighton and BMC South are a part of BMC Health System, we are transitioning our patient portal from Revere Connect to MyChart. MyChart helps you receive care over the phone or your computer, including virtual visits and messaging your provider. It also provides you with 24/7 access to all your health information.

If you used Revere Connect, you’ll be able to use MyChart for all the tasks you previously did there, like billing, plus so much more!

You can keep using Revere Connect to manage your health information and pay bills until November 1. After that, all patient portal functions will take place in MyChart.

When entering your phone number during your registration on the signup page, do not insert hyphens or other non-numeric characters between the numbers.

Yes. You can manage your hospital and outpatient practice bills through Revere Connect.

For your hospital bill, select Pay Balance and View Statement. Follow the prompts to pay your hospital bill through our third-party vendor portal. If you need assistance, call Hospital Billing at 888.527.1968.

If you are making a payment on a bill from an outpatient practice:

• On the left navigation bar, select Billing;
• In the table that shows at the bottom, find the patient’s information and select Invite next to them;
• In the Make Payment window, enter the amount you are paying;
• Enter your credit card information and follow the prompts.

Yes. To share your record:

• Click on the account initials in the upper right screen and select Share Record.
• Click the button for Share Record with Someone You Trust.
• Enter their email and create a Passcode.
• Select Sharing Level, types of information to share, and the expiration date of their access to the shared account.
• Click Send Invitation.

Yes.

You will find labs and/or imaging results in the Procedure section.

Your lab results may show in the portal from both your hospital and your outpatient practice provider.

Only the final set of vital signs before your hospital discharge will show in the portal.

You can request your summary in the portal Health Information > Visits section:

• Click “Generate Patient Summary.”
• Your summary will be available to you 3 hours after you request it.

You will find the completed summary in the Health Information > Documents section of your portal.

If you forget your password, on your sign-in page, click on the “forgot password” button and follow the prompts to create a new password.
