Patient Information
Our practice offers both in-person and virtual visits. Some of the services our team can provide include:
- Treatment of minor illness like colds, sinus infections, and coughs, including same- and- next-day appointments
- Routine physical exams and annual wellness visits
- Health screenings and other preventive care, such as screening for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, sexually transmitted infections, and heart disease
- Help managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, heart disease, and many other conditions and illnesses
- Blood draws and labwork coordination
- Immunizations and vaccinations
- Medication prescriptions and management, including a pharmacist on site
- Referrals to specialists and coordination of care after you see the specialist. We have specialists in endocrinology and kidney medicine in our practice.
