BMC Health Primary Care (Norwood) is dedicated to partnering with you to ensure your overall health and wellbeing. We offer comprehensive preventive care, care when you’re sick, and care for chronic conditions—as well as coordination with onsite specialists at BMC Health Multispecialty Care (Norwood)—to help you get healthy and stay well.
Patient Information
We offer comprehensive primary care for patients 18 years old and older, including:
- Same- and next-day appointments for minor illness such as colds, coughs, and sinus infections
- Annual wellness visits and physical exams
- Management of chronic conditions, including asthma, diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, and many others
- Health screenings and other preventive care, including screenings for conditions like high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and sexually transmitted infections
- Medication management
- Vaccinations and immunizations
- Referrals to specialists and coordination of care after you see the specialist. We have OB/GYN, neurology, rheumatology, and pharmacy in our practice and can refer out to other specialties.
